Origins: Ceremonial Matcha - Japanese Green Tea
Sourced from the Matsushita Tea Garden in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka, Japan. Spring harvest leaves from Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari cultivars are stone milled into an ultra-fine, vibrant emerald powder. The cup opens creamy and smooth, with buttery umami, gentle natural sweetness, and a refined, lingering finish. Crafted for traditional preparation and mindful daily rituals.
Processing and Altitude
Hand-picked in spring, carefully finished, and stone milled for silk-fine texture and vivid color. A balanced blend of Saemidori for sweetness and body with Tsuyuhikari for brightness and aromatics. Taste Takeaway: Silky body. Buttery umami. Soft sweetness. Clean, lasting finish. Preparation: Sift 1 to 2 grams into a warm chawan. Add 60 to 80 milliliters of water at 70 to 80 °C. Whisk with a brisk W-motion for 15 to 20 seconds until fine foam forms. For lattes, use 2 grams and finish with milk of choice.
