Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All mugs are final sale.
Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened or used. **Please do not send the product back, as we cannot process or reuse returned items.**
Customers are responsible for ensuring their order details, including shipping address, are accurate before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. If a package is shipped back to 40 Thieves Coffee Company due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.
In the event that 40 Thieves Coffee Company is unable to create a shipping label for the address provided, we will attempt to contact you for an address correction via e-mail.
ALL SALES ON MERCH ARE FINAL AN ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your issue is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong grind type or incorrect product shipped), we will replace the product at no additional cost to you, including expedited shipping if necessary. **You do not need to return the incorrect product.**
Stolen or Missing Packages
40 Thieves Coffee Company promises to ship your order and provide tracking information promptly. However, we will not be held responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported as stolen or missing.
If your package is believed to be stolen or misplaced, it is the customer's responsibility to file the appropriate claims with USPS/FedEx/UPS/DHL and to file a police report if necessary. 40 Thieves Coffee Company will not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the courier. In some cases, we may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion, where the customer pays for shipping, and we cover the cost of the coffee.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened coffee bags or products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to an error on our part. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at staff@40thievescoffee.com. **You do not need to return the defective or damaged product.**
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for correcting address issues. If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of shipping and expedite the replacement order.
If the issue is caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., damage in transit), customers may choose to file a claim with the carrier or contact us for assistance. In these cases, we will cover the cost of the coffee, and the customer will cover the shipping charges for a replacement order.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. However, **do not send the product back to us.**

Eligibility:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- A brief description of why you’re unsatisfied is not required but is very appreciated.
- We will refund any individual product you're unhappy with. If you're dissatisfied with the entire order, we’ll issue a full refund.
