Origins: Jet Fuel - Medium Roast Coffee

Our max caffeinated medium light roast that hits hard and stays smooth. India, Kerala supplies natural processed Cherry Robusta with popcorn, molasses, and rye. Grade A, full natural and sun dried, grown 1,200 to 1,650 meters by smallholders in the Wayanad Social Service Society within the Western Ghats. Mount Kilimanjaro contributes fully washed Arabica Peaberry with bright acidity, rounded body, cranberry, and lemon lime. PB grade, grown 1,200 to 2,000 meters on irrigated estates with centralized wet milling for consistent quality.

Processing and Altitude

Natural Robusta builds caffeine and syrupy depth. Fully washed Arabica PB adds clarity, lift, and a clean finish. Elevations span 1,200 to 2,000 meters for structure without harshness. Taste takeaway: high octane cup with crisp citrus, cranberry pop, molasses sweetness, and a rye-like finish. Roasted to order for peak freshness. Excellent for espresso, moka pot, and bold drip.

What Makes Specialty Coffee Worth Stealing?

Specialty coffee isn't just marketing hype. It's a rigorous grading system that ensures only the top 3% of coffee in the world earns the title.
Here's why it matters for your morning cup.↴

Top 3% Quality: Only beans scoring 80+ points (out of 100) by certified tasters qualify as specialty grade.
Zero Defects: No broken beans, no under-ripes, no mold. Every bean is hand-sorted for perfection.
Full Traceability: We know exactly where, when, and how your coffee was grown. Direct trade relationships matter.
Peak Freshness: Specialty coffee loses 60% of its flavor within 30 days of roasting. That's why we roast to order.
Ethical Sourcing: Fair wages for farmers. Sustainable practices. Coffee that tastes good and does good.
