Origins: Decaf Dorado - Medium Roast Coffee

Single origin from Peru sourced from the Asociación de Productores Cafetaleros Juan Marco El Palto (JUMARP, “El Palto”). Expect medium acidity, a smooth body, lemon brightness, gentle herbal tones, and a cocoa-leaning finish.

Processing and Altitude

Fully washed at origin, then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process for chemical-free flavor retention. Grown around 1,600 to 1,800 meters across highland terrain, where cool nights concentrate sweetness and keep the acidity lively. Taste takeaway: lemon zest, soft herbs, milk chocolate, silky body, clean finish. Roasted to order for peak freshness.

What Makes Specialty Coffee Worth Stealing?

Specialty coffee isn't just marketing hype. It's a rigorous grading system that ensures only the top 3% of coffee in the world earns the title.
Here's why it matters for your morning cup.↴

Top 3% Quality: Only beans scoring 80+ points (out of 100) by certified tasters qualify as specialty grade.
Zero Defects: No broken beans, no under-ripes, no mold. Every bean is hand-sorted for perfection.
Full Traceability: We know exactly where, when, and how your coffee was grown. Direct trade relationships matter.
Peak Freshness: Specialty coffee loses 60% of its flavor within 30 days of roasting. That's why we roast to order.
Ethical Sourcing: Fair wages for farmers. Sustainable practices. Coffee that tastes good and does good.
